珍しい装丁だな、と思ってゲット。
「空前の哲学エンタテインメント小説」とあるけど、
残念。エンターテインメントにはなりきってないと、
まず、断言しときやす。

「なぜ人殺しをしてはいけないのか？
について自分でとことん考える」という中学時代の宿題について、
大人になってようやく答えを見つけた筆者が、
担任に対して手紙文形式で、宗教、組織論、システム論、言語学
などなどのいろんな見地からこねくりまわした本です。

結論から言えば、
「良し悪し」という価値観で判断するから、
どの意見も正しいということになり話はまとまらない。
だったら、「良い・悪い」じゃなくて
「正しいとするか否か」の判断基準を制定すれば
（＝意思決定の方針と意思決定していくプロセスをルール化すれば）、
宗教も民族も歴史も超えた国際的な最終理論となる。これは凄い発見だ！ってな話。

「この話を、わかってくれる人は
たった３人しかいなかった」 とあるけど、
最近流行のビジネス書（組織論や意思決定論）には、
びしばし同じことが書いてあるもんで、
ビジネス慣れしてる人間にしてみれば、
ごく当たり前の考え方だったりする。
今ある法律だって、そーゆーもんだし。
それが、空前絶後の哲学を、
そして世界を変えるほどのすごい話なのか？
とほほ。

そもそも弥絵は、ぐちぐちこねくりまわしたり、
屁理屈を言われるのが苦手。
なもんで、
「オフィシャルな場では価値観で判断するのをやめて、
意思決定する基準を設けて共有化しよう」
という１文のために２３８ページも書かれた本書とは
相性が合わなかったに違いない。うむ。
でもって、ソシュール、複雑系、超ひも理論、
ヴィトゲンシュタイン、カント、ニーチェ、アインシュタイン
・・・などなどが、
ぞろぞろ出てくるけど、うーん、解釈が浅すぎで、
サブカルちっくになっているところが、いまいち。
・・・と書くと終わってしまうので、もーちっとカキコo（_ _）o

面白かったのは、作者が老人ホームで働いていたときに
とあるタバコ好きのじーさんに健康のために
タバコをやめさせるべきか、
はたまた、本人の意思を尊重して好きなようにすわせるべきか、
の論争が起きるわけ。
タバコ反対派と容認派の間をとって
「１日に７本まで」と決まるんだけど
（←ありがちだわっ！）、
それでもみんなもやもやして、論争が絶えず、
じーさんは隠れてタバコを吸うようになる・・・
という実話の数々。
「あるある！！」って感じでかなり爆笑できます。
弥絵なんかめんどうくさいから「ま、てきとーに」
って流すところを
ひとつひとつ真剣に、
なぜ、そのような事態に陥るのか？とか、
老人ホームにおいて、哲学はなんの役に立つのか？
とか、
えんえんと、えんえんと、ずぅーっと考え書き連ねられているのは、
すごいといえばすごい。

でもって、サイトの自己紹介で、
「ミーハーながら、ルックス的、才能的、
キャラクター的に、
長らく「アインシュタイン」に憧れ、
ポスターを部屋にベタベタと貼って、
気が狂っていたころは、そのポスターの前に
正座して、2人でいろいろ会話していました。 」
というのが気に入りました(^O^)

で、思ったことはたったひとつ。

「理屈で感情は克服できない」

著者は永遠にこのことにつまずき続けるだろう。
ま、少し前の流行で言えば、バカの壁に
つまずき続けるだろう、ってこったな。
感情を無視してるから、自己中心な理屈で終わる。
自分のことだけで手いっぱいな彼に、
世界のあらゆる問題を解決できるなど片腹痛い。
